The location receives high praise for its proximity to the beach and local amenities, as well as the beautiful views it offers, making it a standout feature of the property.

Guests find the beds extremely comfortable and the house cosy. However, some mention the inconvenience of limited hot water and the lack of shower curtains, slightly affecting the comfort level.

The John Bray team said they would replace the bed so I trust this was done. They came as we arrived to fix a loo which must have broken the previous week. The toaster only toaster on one side so we had to speak with the Manchester team who couldn’t deal with me as I was not my husband who made the booking! A good property and helpful JB local team but let down by the Sykes team and getting hold of them.

Firstly the property owner was very helpful and felt very approachable. The property was just perfect and exactly what we wanted. It was close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The kids loved their stay and the secure garden was great for the kids and dog. The property was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely be returning in the future.

We were able to spread out comfortably, had my elderly parents with me and had a nice social feel around the kitchen/lounge area to cook and watch the sunset. Great coastal walks so you are never bored with the dog and easy enough to get on a beach, have a swim and head back. Polzeath has good restaurants and bars minutes away. Plus Padstow, Wadebridge, Port Issac not far away in the car to visit. Top place for a holiday, thanks.
